At NYDJ Apparel, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then track your refund status through our portal.
